PRESIDENT
John O’Donnell is a seasoned professional with two decades of experience in the real estate finance industry. Throughout his career, John has achieved exceptional outcomes for his clients across office, industrial, retail, hospitality and multifamily projects through his service-oriented approach. John has successfully completed loan transactions ranging from $2.5 million to over $100 million across the west coast. In addition to conventional debt placements, John also specializes in construction debt, bridge financing and joint venture equity to better suit the sophisticated needs of his clients.
A recognized industry leader, John has been involved with over $1 billion in financing to date and continues to expand his areas of expertise. Backed by market leading knowledge, he maintains relationships with over 65 banks, Fannie/Freddie, life company and CMBS lenders. The core of John’s work is the equity, trust and respect he builds with clients.
Prior to founding Zero Logistics, John spent nine years as Vice President of Capital Markets for Marcus & Millichap Capital specializing in loan production, marketing, escrow disbursements and draw requests for construction/rehabilitation budgets and was recognized as one of the company’s Top 5 Producers five years in a row.
John is a graduate of Whitman College and holds an MBA from the University of Oregon.
